Raw Ricotta Cheese Recipe (vegan)

Super great vegan recipe here! I’m a cheese freak, so this stuff makes me happy!
The pine nuts used in this raw ricotta cheese recipe are filled with amino acids and also high protein and fat levels. This makes them a great source of nutrition. They are also full of B vitamins and minerals. I don’t know if it’s true, but here’s a few of the reasons I’ve heard that people are really liking raw pine nuts:

-Cardiovascular Disease Prevention  -Cholesterol Reduction  -Weight Loss

I love this recipe because it’s short and sweet and sweet. Great tasting food should always be like that!


“Raw Ricotta Cheese”

1 cup raw pine nuts (soaked for 1 1/2 hours)
3 TBS water
1/2 tsp celtic salt
1 TBS organic lemon juice
1 TBS Brewer’s Yeast (Lewis Lab)

Blend all ingredients except water in Vita-mix until evenly mixed. Slowly add water until the texture gets “fluffy”.
