Raw Food Shopping List: Raw Beverages

I was amazed to find that there were so many wonderful raw beverages available. Of course I had no idea what some of them were, but that just made it all the more fun to buy or make them and see which ones I liked. Since some of these are probably unfamiliar to you, I put a small description with some of them. You can also discover how to make some of these health building raw drinks in other categories on this site.

– KEFIR – This is a cultured drink (contains good bacteria) that is made from milk or coconuts, etc.

– COCONUT WATER – The liquid in the heart of a coconut (You can buy packaged it or get it from a coconut.)

– RAW GOAT’S MILK and COW MILK (unpasteurized, not homogenized)

– FRESHLY JUICED, RAW FRUIT JUICE (apple, grape, orange, etc.)

– HERBAL TEAS (sun-steeped, not boiled)

– KOMBUCHA (A highly medicinal mushroom based drink.)

– NATURAL SPARKLING WATER (From pure, clean springs or other sources, no carbonation added.)

– RAW NUT MILK (You can make this from cashews, Brazil nuts, hazelnuts, macadamia, peanuts, pecans, pistachios, coconuts, walnuts, etc.)

– RAW SEED MILK (You can make this one too from hemp seeds, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, pine nuts, etc.)

– RAW VEGETABLE JUICE (More you can make at home from beets, carrots, celery, tomato, etc.)

– WATER (From well, spring, distilled, purified, non-chlorinated, etc.)
