Organic Chia Seed & Honey Pudding

One of the simplest recipes for pudding that you could possibly make is with Organic Chia Seeds and Honey. If you ever liked tapioca pudding you will probably love the Chia Seed Pudding, as they are very reminiscent of one another; except you don’t have to cook the chia version of course. Since I used to love tapioca, I was very excited about the Chia recipe.

There are several variations you can make to this recipe which you can probably see right away, but here are the basics: Put one cup of (any color) chia seeds into a quart container. Dissolve a half cup of raw honey in 3/4 of a quart of lukewarm water. Mix water and chia seeds and stir until seeds are evenly distributed and not clumping together. Add water to fill container and stir again. Let set until the mixture gels. Refrigerate.

And there you have it! The easiest raw pudding mix you will ever make! Now all you have to do is decide which delicious way you are in the mood to eat it. There are so many fun things to do with this recipe……..Add a sliced up banana and raw milk; chopped nuts and a little fresh fruit juice; in your breakfast smoothie, and the list goes on and on! At first my hubby would not eat this concoction, but now when I forget to make more, he wants to know why there is not a batch already in the frig. LOL
