Super great vegan recipe here! I’m a cheese freak, so this stuff makes me happy! The pine nuts used in this raw ricotta cheese recipe are filled with amino acids and also high protein and fat levels. This makes them a great source of nutrition. They are also full of B vitamins and minerals.   What kind of raw food is ideal for traveling? This yummy trail mix is a super great start! I’m heading out in the morning on my first trip over seas!  It’s a missions trip to Europe with my church, and we’ll be doing some construction work, sports, arts/crafts, singing and other outdoor activities. It’s going to be so exciting! Raw Cheese



Cheese is one of my all-time favorite foods, and learning how to make this recipe was a real treat for me. I was surprised at how easy it is to prepare. It tastes absolutely wonderful, and goes great with other foods too. We have gallons of raw goat’s milk this time of year, and my Grandmother wanted to teach me how to use it for raw cheese. Wow, I am so glad she did! Creamy Raw Salad Dressing!

I am crazy about this superb raw salad dressing!! It is a simple recipe, but it sticks to your salad and adds the perfect flavor. Just so you know,  I’m not one of those lovable people who eats avocado straight out of the peeling with a spoon (like my Mom does!)… but I love it in this dressing and have not grown tired of it even after months of making it!
