Did you know that there is specific raw food for body parts?! Yep, there are actually certain raw foods that look similar to the part of your body that they help the most! The first time I saw a food/body comparison I was shocked!   In my mind I was like, GOD, YOU ARE AWESOME.  It’s hard to believe at first. It’s so amazing to see science crediting certain foods with providing health for certain body parts. It was helpful for me to just see a list of all the raw vegetables laid out for me, many of which I rarely thought about. And some of them I had never tasted at all. All organic raw fruit makes healthy snacks and many of these fruits (fresh or frozen) can be part of the staples for a raw diet. Most people enjoy raw fruit but many do not know how incredibly loaded with nutrients they are. Below is a basic list of common and not so common fruits that you may want to include in your raw shopping list.
