“Steamed” Kale Recipe

  I enjoy this raw kale recipe every time my Grandmother makes it!  Brings to mind cool fall evenings when I was much younger, and warm steamed greens served during family meals. It’s amazing how food can be attached to so many memories. Anyway, these raw greens have a delicious, salted butter flavor and great texture, that makes them a very tasty (and healthy) addition to any raw dinner! I also really enjoy this raw kale recipe as a mid-day snack with some cheese and fresh fruit. Easy Lasagna

This easy lasagna is one of the tastiest recipes ever!!! Served warm or chilled, it’s going to be a favorite of mine for many meals to come. If have one weak spot when it comes to food, it’s lasagna. So I’m not exactly sure why it took me so long to try creating a raw version… But I guess it’s “better late on a plate, than never!” Zucchini (also known as courgette) is a handy vegetable because it’s available year round, and it’s benefits in a raw kitchen are numerous. They contain vitamin C, potassium, and vitamin A, which are all very important for good health. Super great vegan recipe here! I’m a cheese freak, so this stuff makes me happy! The pine nuts used in this raw ricotta cheese recipe are filled with amino acids and also high protein and fat levels. This makes them a great source of nutrition. They are also full of B vitamins and minerals.
